Ordering and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated at checkout. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it; we will tell you if that happens.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot ship to your address, where payment is refused, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

The sixty-day guarantee

Every order is covered by our refund policy, which gives you 60 days from delivery to ask for a full refund without returning anything. It is a term of this contract, not a goodwill gesture, and nothing in these terms limits it.

The twelve-month warranty

Every device we sell carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defect, running from the day it is delivered. If a unit fails through no fault of yours we will replace it at our expense. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or a casing that has been opened. It runs alongside the sixty-day guarantee and does not replace it.

What CalmWave products are, and what they are not

We sell general wellness electronics: the Bio-Healing Frequency Generator, the 128 Hz instrument, and the Premium Vibrational Speaker. They produce adjustable tones and vibration intended to accompany relaxation, meditation and focus routines.

They are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, they are not therapy, and they are not a substitute for medical care or for anything a doctor has prescribed you. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Individual experiences vary, and any description of what customers commonly report is not a promise of an outcome for you.

Using them safely

These are ordinary consumer electronics and should be treated as such: keep them dry, do not open the casing, charge them with the supplied cable, and keep them away from small children.

If you have an implanted electronic medical device such as a pacemaker or defibrillator, if you are pregnant, or if you have epilepsy or any seizure disorder, speak to your doctor before using a frequency or vibration device. If you feel unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable while using one, stop and consult a medical professional. Do not use these products while driving or operating machinery, and keep volume at a level that is comfortable — sustained loud audio through headphones can damage hearing.

We do not pay for reviews and we do not delete a review because it is unfavourable. If you send us a review or a photograph, you give us permission to publish it alongside your first name; tell us and we will remove it.
