Shipping Policy

Everything on this page is what actually happens when you order. If anything here turns out not to be true for your order, email support@neekozen.com and we will make it right.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum, no threshold, and no number of collars you have to reach. One collar ships free, and so does a five-collar kit.

How long delivery takes

Orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days from the moment the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

The range is honest rather than optimistic: most orders land near the earlier end, and customs or carrier backlogs can push an order toward the later end. If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, write to us and we will look into it.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, and the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

If your country is not on that list, our checkout will not be able to complete your order.

Getting your address right

We ship to the address exactly as you enter it at checkout. Please check it before paying — an apartment or unit number left out is the most common reason a parcel goes missing.

If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If the order has not left yet, we can correct it. If it has already shipped, we cannot reroute it, but see the next section.

If your order does not arrive

If a parcel is lost in transit, or comes back to us as undeliverable, you can choose a replacement at no cost or a full refund. You do not need to have received anything to be covered.

Customs and import charges

For orders inside the United States there are no customs fees. For orders outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the price you paid.

Returns and the guarantee

Shipping and returns are separate things. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in full in our Refund Policy, and it applies whether or not the collar has been opened and used.
